Our therapists work as a team to provide skilled rehab services which are adapted to your home setting

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Occupational therapy services focus on the individual needs of the patient, and focus primarily on training for activities of daily living. Regaining abilities such as dressing, grooming, eating, energy conservation, therapeutic exercise to re-building strength, and cognitive abilities are a main focus. Based on the needs of the patient, our Occupation Therapist may also make home modification suggestions.

SPEECH THERAPY

HOME HEALTH AIDE
The home health aide is available to assist with bathing and simple activities of daily living for a short period of time until the patient regains independence or the family is able to continue with assistance.

MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES
The medical social worker services include community resource referrals, education, assessment and referrals for financial resources, counseling for long-range planning, decision making and assessment with social & emotional factors which may impact the patient’s treatment.  return to top
